Snorkeling with Orcas

This is a winter activity. We don't host this tour in summer.

Lofoten Opplevelser offers Orca safaris and Snorkeling with the orcas from Skjervøy (this is not in Lofoten!). We host our tour from 20/10/2025 - 18/01/2026 (Hollidays: 22/12 - 26/12 + 01/01/2026).

To be in the water with the orcas is a powerful experience and an unforgettable meeting with nature.

Lofoten Opplevelser has more than 20 years of experience in the field. Wearing a warm dry suit, a mask and snorkel you float comfortably on the surface.

When you put your head under water you will first feel the silence, and then suddenly start hearing the whales communicating with each other, then see herring and parts of dead herring floating around. You are no longer an observer, but part of it.
